The Energy Price Guarantee will apply in England, Wales and Scotland.</p><p> </p><p>Energy is a devolved matter, so in the absence of a functioning Northern Ireland Executive to deliver a comparable scheme, the UK Government will need to take action tailored to the particular circumstances prevailing in Northern Ireland.</p><p> </p><p>The Government also continues to work with the Irish Government on a host of issues, including the Single Electricity Market.
