<p>The Department of Health and Social Care and the Home Office are working at pace to deliver this exemption. Any National Health Service or care worker that has paid the surcharge since the Prime Minister’s announcement on 21 May will receive a refund. We will announce further details on the scope of the arrangements shortly.</p>
