This is something we monitor closely in our annual assessment of UNRWA. UNRWA has a number of measures in place to prevent aid diversion.</p><p>We are closely following the independent investigation into UNRWA neutrality policies and systems, led by Catherine Colonna, which will look at all aspects of UNRWA's work.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The UK is constitutionally responsible for the defence and international relations of the Crown Dependencies (CDs), in recognition of which the CDs make voluntary contributions to the UK Government, either financially (directly and indirectly) or by providing military personnel. As these are general contributions in recognition of the UK’s overall responsibilities, and as it is in the interests of the UK to represent the whole British family internationally, these contributions are not intended to reflect the exact cost of either defending the Crown Dependencies or representing them internationally.</p><p> </p><p>The Isle of Man makes a direct monetary contribution to the Consolidated Fund at HM Treasury. star this property answer text <p>The Hunting Act 2004 bans all hunting of wild mammals with dogs in England and Wales, except where it is carried out in accordance with the exemptions set out in Schedule 1 to the Act.</p><p> </p><p>The enforcement of the Hunting Act 2004 is an operational matter for the police. The police have issued guidance to forces dealing with hunting issues in the ‘Hunting Act 2004 Investigators Manual’. Enforcement of the legislation will follow this guidance.</p><p> </p><p>Anyone who believes an offence is taking place or has taken place during a hunt, whether it lies with the hunters or protestors, should report the matter to the police.</p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this

We continue to work closely with the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) to ensure the consolidation of the material at Sellafield and its long-term safe and secure storage, and to plan, develop and subsequently implement a final disposition solution. The NDA has provided advice on the disposition options and has funding for further work in this area. Only when the Government is confident that a disposition solution can be implemented safely and securely, in a way that is affordable, deliverable, and offers value for money, will it be in a position to proceed.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>NHS England is responsible for providing guidance to clinical commissioning groups on how to manage conflicts of interest.</p><br /><p>The current guidance states that:</p><br /><p><em>“Where certain members of a decision-making body have a material interest, they should either be excluded from relevant parts of meetings, or join in the discussion but not participate in the decision-making itself (i.e., not have a vote)….The chair of the meeting has responsibility for deciding whether there is a conflict of interest and the appropriate course of corresponding action.” </em></p><p><em></em></p><p>NHS England has commenced a review of the Conflicts of Interest Guidance, as part of a wider governance project to strengthen conflicts of interest management across the National Health Service, and this is expected to be published next year. NHS England will formally consult with a number of regulators and national partners in the development of this guidance.</p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong></strong></p>
