These institutions operate independently of the Government and the care of their collections is therefore a matter for the trustees of each institution. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/02/2023 answer text <p>As a condition of their Gambling Commission licences, all operators must offer self-exclusion procedures for customers, with multi-operator self-exclusion schemes in place for both online gambling (where all operators must be integrated with the GAMSTOP scheme) and land-based sectors.</p><p>As part of the self-exclusion process, licensees must take all reasonable steps to prevent marketing materials being sent to any self-excluded individual, including removing their details from any marketing database within two days of receiving notice of self-exclusion. If a customer has registered with GAMSTOP, all operators are expected to remove them from marketing lists. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/02/2023 answer text <p>The safety of all players participating in football matches is a priority for the government.</p><p>Prior to the start of the 2022/23 football season, the Premier League and English Football League publicised that any fan entering the pitch would be banned by the club they support for a minimum period of one year. These bans could also be extended to accompanying parents or guardians of children who take part in these activities. The responsibility of providing this access lies at Local Authority level, and the Government continues to encourage Local Authorities to support swimming facilities.</p><p>Last month I chaired a roundtable discussion with representatives from the public and private leisure sector including organisations such as Ukactive, Sport England, Swim England and the Local Government Association (LGA).</p><p>During this session, we discussed the current challenges facing the sector and how we could work together and across government in order to resolve them.
