Further details will be announced in due course.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>From September 2020 it will be mandatory for state-funded secondary schools in England to teach pupils about risks related to online gambling as part of education about internet safety and harms. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/02/2020 answer text <p>The Electronic Communications Code, set out in Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003, provides rights for telecommunications operators to access buildings (and other land) to deploy, maintain and upgrade electronic communications apparatus.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Most access agreements are reached on a consensual basis.
