High levels of violence continue across the country, and a million people have been displaced since December 2013. The security situation impacts not only communities but humanitarian workers. The Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has reported 1,120 security incidents since January 2014 of which 10% were directed at humanitarian organisations.
