However, as HMRC do not hold information for all people with personal incomes below the tax threshold, the SPI is not a representative data source for this part of the population.</li><li>As is the case with the published Personal Incomes Statistics, these figures are statistical estimates and will be subject to sampling variation.</li></ol><p> </p>
