answer text <p>Government takes firework safety very seriously and the Office for Product Safety and Standards is working with industry, retailers, charities and others, including RoSPA, to promote the safe, responsible, and considerate use of fireworks.</p><p> </p><p>There are already controls on noise levels for fireworks and it is an offence to supply fireworks exceeding 120 decibels to the public. There are no plans to amend the regulations to reduce this level.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>The arrangements governing the release of Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) data aim to strike a balance between protecting personal data and allowing vehicle keepers to be contacted by those with a legitimate need to do so.</p><p>The law allows the DVLA to release vehicle keeper details to third parties who can demonstrate that they have a reasonable cause to receive it. The DVLA operates a range of safeguards to protect personal data and to ensure it is used appropriately, including regular audits.</p><p>The fees levied for the release of data are intended to recover the full cost of providing the information, so that the DVLA neither profits at the expense of customers nor makes a loss which taxpayers must then subsidise.</p> more like this

answer text <p /> <p>The Access to Work Mental Health Support Service can offer support to individuals with a mental health condition who are absent from work or finding work difficult.</p><p> </p><p>The service supports those experiencing depression, anxiety, stress or other mental health issues that are affecting their work.</p><p> </p><p>The service was established in December 2011 and is delivered by Remploy Employment Services.</p><p> </p><p>Fit for Work provides both a supportive occupational health assessment and general health and work advice to employees, employers and General Practitioners (GPs), to help individuals stay in or return to work.</p><p> </p><p>We have also allocated over £43 million in the next three years to pilot services which support people with common mental health conditions to get into, and stay in, work. These will include buying early access to support online cognitive behavioural therapy for claimants and users of Fit for Work; and co-locating NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in Jobcentres.</p>

answer text <p>All staff in the Scotland Office are on assignment, secondment or loan from other Government bodies, in the majority of cases, the Scottish Government and the Ministry of Justice. Staff may be eligible for bonuses, in addition to basic salary, through their parent bodies' pay arrangements.</p><p>The Scotland Office is not responsible for payments made through end of year performance payments or allowances under staffs' parent bodies' pay arrangements and does not hold information centrally on these matters.</p><p>The Scotland Office is able to authorise directly non-consolidated and non-pensionable bonus payments in recognition of special effort, achievement and commitment, where the payment of such bonuses forms part of the individual member of staff’s terms and conditions.
