The table in question incorrectly included £225 million of expenditure under the heading “projected investment from April 2021 to March 2025” when this funding had in fact already been accounted for in the period April 2016 to March 2021 in Table One of the second Cycling and Walking Investment Strategy Report to Parliament published in July 2022. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/11/2022 answer text <p>As the Government set out in the Transport Decarbonisation Plan, we increasingly expect people to travel in zero-emission vehicles. The transition to electric vehicles, including L-Category ones like mopeds and motorcycles, can reduce carbon emissions, fuel demand, congestion, and air and noise pollution.</p><p> </p><p>The Department is preparing the Government’s consultation response on when to end the sale of new non-zero emission L-Category vehicles, and will publish it in due course.
