answer text
The government is taking steps to improve productivity, employment levels and social inclusion. Programmes including reforms to technical education such as apprenticeships, funded or co-funded skills provision through the Adult Education Budget, access to Advanced Learner Loans and the National Retraining Scheme enable adults to gain the skills that they need to progress or reskill.

The government has started testing the first part of the National Retraining Scheme, Get Help to Retrain, in 6 areas across England. Get Help to Retrain is a digital service that will help users to understand their current skills, explore alternative occupations and find and sign up to training. We will continue to test and further improve the service in 2020.

We are also providing an extra £3 billion to develop a National Skills Fund that helps adults to learn new skills and to prepare for the economy of the future. We are planning to consult widely on the fund and will be keen to hear the views of employers.

answer text
The Department has made no such assessment.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and adult social care. All providers of regulated activities must register with CQC and comply with Regulations and a set of fundamental standards of safety and quality.

One of these fundamental standards relates to treating users of services with dignity and respect. The CQC issues guidance to providers on how they should meet the fundamental standards. The guidance on the standard governing dignity and respect includes the following:

- when people receive care and treatment, all staff must treat them with dignity and respect at all times. This includes staff treating them in a caring and compassionate way; and

- all communication with people using services must be respectful. This includes using or facilitating the most suitable means of communication and respecting a person's right to engage or not to engage in communication; and

- people using the service should be addressed in the way they prefer, and local colloquial terms may fit such guidelines perfectly well.

answer text
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is a condition that occurs naturally in the age group eligible for human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine. The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency has completed a United Kingdom epidemiological study which found no evidence to suggest that HPV vaccine may increase the risk of developing CFS. The results of this study were published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal in 2013.

This finding is further supported by the results of a recent population-based study in Norway, which similarly found no evidence of a causal association between HPV vaccine and CFS. Copies of HPV vaccination and risk of chronic fatigue syndrome/myalgic encephalomyelitis: A nationwide register-based study from Norway and Bivalent human papillomavirus vaccine and the risk of fatigue syndromes in girls in the UK are attached.
more like this
