The footage shows what looks like police officers using disproportionate force. The Hong Kong authorities have described this incident as inappropriate and are investigating. We welcome this investigation.</p><p>Hong Kong is an important part of the UK’s relationship with China. We continue to meet regularly at senior levels with both the Chinese authorities and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government. The Minister for Africa at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, my hon. Friend the Member for Boston and Skegness (Mark Simmonds), has told the South Sudanese Foreign Minister that we expect all allegations to be properly investigated. We are pressing the Government of South Sudan for an official response. We have raised this issue with the African Union’s Commission of Inquiry. The discount reflects savings made by the company by combining administrative costs of providing the two separate supplies. Dual fuel discounts typically range from £10 to £25 per year. The UK works closely with international human rights bodies and partners to encourage Iran to engage seriously on human rights issues. This initiative will enable every school and college in England, from early years to the post-16 sector, to access locally-tailored and quality support in all areas of maths teaching and maths learning. To further support teachers, Liz Moorse from the Association for Citizenship Teaching is chairing an expert group on citizenship. The expert group will clarify the key areas in which teachers most need further support.
