<p>HM Courts & Tribunals Service intends that the proposed magistrates’ court facilities at Newcastle Combined Court will be capable of hearing a range of magistrates' courts work including cases involving custody. If workload levels exceed the hearing and custodial capacity of the court then cases will be listed into other nearby magistrates’ court buildings.</p>
