answer text <p>NHS England launched its online ‘Your COVID Recovery’ service to expand access to COVID-19 rehabilitation treatments for those who had the virus but are still experiencing difficulties, including mental health issues. This includes advice on how to manage fear and anxiety, coping with frustration and tips on how to look after your wellbeing.</p><p>National Health Service mental health services have remained open for business throughout this time and have deployed innovative digital tools to provide ongoing support, including for people experiencing mental ill health as a result of the long-term effects of a COVID-19 infection.</p><p>The Chief Executive of NHS England wrote to NHS organisations on 31 July setting out the third phase of the NHS response to COVID-19. This includes that the 24 hours a day, seven days a week crisis helplines established by all NHS mental health services during the pandemic should be retained.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care has previously held discussions to better understand the long-term impacts of COVID-19 with clinicians, academics and individuals who have long-term symptoms of the disease.</p><p>The National Health Service and the wider scientific community are currently working to better understand the disease course of COVID-19 infection, including the prevalence, severity and duration of symptoms, and how best to support recovery. The National Institute for Health Research and UK Research and Innovation have invested £8.4 million in the Post-HOSPitalisation COVID-19 study (PHOSP-COVID), led by the University of Leicester.</p><p>The research currently underway will continue to inform future NHS service design and provision.</p> more like this

answer text <p>We are committed to supporting the creative sector to adapt to new arrangements with the EU. Ministers attended the Touring Working Group in June to hear directly from the sector.</p><p>Nearly all Member States offer visa and work permit free routes for creatives. This includes Spain and Greece, who changed their position following extensive engagement from the government and industry.</p><p>The Government is also implementing ‘dual registration’ to support specialist concert hauliers, taking effect this summer.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>The Liverpool Community Health Investigation was launched in June 2019 and work has begun. The <del class="ministerial">Inquiry</del> <ins class="ministerial">Investigation </ins>comprises three Stages. Stage 1 <ins class="ministerial">covers </ins><del class="ministerial">covered </del> the scale of the issues and Stage 2 <ins class="ministerial">is </ins><del class="ministerial">was</del> a clinical and structured judgement review alongside Stage 1. <ins class="ministerial">Preliminary work</ins><del class="ministerial">Work</del> on Stages 1 and 2 was completed in August 2019.</p><p> </p><p>Stage 3 will investigate individual serious patient safety incidents identified from the previous two stages to establish the nature and scale of deaths and patient harm at the Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust from 2010 to 2014.</p><p> </p><p>The Investigation has identified a number of expert advisors to assist the Chairman and details will be confirmed when the Terms of Reference <del class="ministerial">covering Stage 3</del> are published in Parliament.</p><p> </p><p> </p>

answer text <p>The Department and the National Health Service are prioritising the improvement of connectivity and digitisation across all aspects of diagnostics in order to drive efficiency, deliver seamless care across traditional boundaries and facilitate remote reporting.</p><p>The first four phases of the Artificial Intelligence in Health and Care award included innovations in remote diagnostics, including the Neuronostics Limited smartphone-based app which can receive electroencephalogram recordings from wireless headsets to assist with assessing epilepsy treatment; Senti Tech Limited’s project enabling remote chest examination for respiratory patients through sensors embedded into a jacket; and Healthy.io UK Limited’s smartphone albuminuria self-test, which uses a home test kit and a mobile app to allow patients to self-test at home with clinical grade results.</p><p><ins class="ministerial">NHSX is supporting the COVID Oximetry @home services which remotely monitor the oxygen saturation levels of patients with COVID-19 symptoms. This offers both technology-enabled and standard services with paper diary and telephone check-in for those without smartphones. In some areas, devices are provided for people to use in their own homes. NHSX are also supporting the scaling of remote monitoring approaches across the seven regions in England. This includes a focus on vulnerable groups such as those living in care homes.</ins></p>
