The Chief Nurse champions and raises the profile of nursing in social care and works alongside the Chief Social Worker for Adults, to increase the recognition and appreciation of all social workers in the care sector.</p><p>We are committed to building consensus to create a National Care Service, and we will engage with a range of stakeholders, including older people with lived experience of social care, to inform our plans for long-term reform. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/10/2024 answer text <p>There are four wastewater treatment works (WwTW) operated by Thames Water that discharge to chalk streams in the Harpenden and Berkhamsted constituency. Through the Water Industry National Environment Programme, improvements have been agreed for the three largest of these WwTWs, which account for over 99% of the effluent flow from these sites, including into chalk streams.</p><p> </p><p>This is part of the Government’s plans to transform the entire water sector, which has already started.</p><p> </p><p>In July, we announced measures including ringfencing vital funding for infrastructure investment and placing customers and the environment at the heart of water company objectives.</p><p> </p><p>In September, the Government introduced the Water (Special Measures) Bill to Parliament to give regulators new powers to take tougher and faster action to crack down on water companies damaging the environment and failing their customers.</p><p> </p><p>I would also refer the hon. During academic years 2023/24 and 2024/25, 25 providers will deliver up to 108 modules to learners.</p><p> </p><p>Delivery of the first modules began in April 2024, with the bulk of modules being delivered from September 2024. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/10/2024 answer text <p>The Office for Students (OfS), the independent regulator of higher education (HE) in England, publishes an annual report on the financial health of the HE sector.</p><p> </p><p>The OfS’ most recent report, published in May 2024, does not cite the removal of the cap on student recruitment as a key risk to the financial sustainability of the sector. There are no plans to reintroduce student number controls. The government values this, as does the HE sector.
