answer text <p>We have no current plans to amend the arrangements by which people with qualifying medical conditions are entitled to free prescriptions. We will announce the Government’s response to the consultation on the upper age for National Health Service prescription charge exemptions and the State Pension age in due course. Approximately 89% of prescriptions are currently dispensed free of charge.</p> more like this
