star this property answer text <p>NHS England launched its online ‘Your COVID Recovery’ service to expand access to COVID-19 rehabilitation treatments for those who had the virus but are still experiencing difficulties, including mental health issues. This includes advice on how to manage fear and anxiety, coping with frustration and tips on how to look after your wellbeing.</p><p>National Health Service mental health services have remained open for business throughout this time and have deployed innovative digital tools to provide ongoing support, including for people experiencing mental ill health as a result of the long-term effects of a COVID-19 infection.</p><p>The Chief Executive of NHS England wrote to NHS organisations on 31 July setting out the third phase of the NHS response to COVID-19. This includes that the 24 hours a day, seven days a week crisis helplines established by all NHS mental health services during the pandemic should be retained.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care has previously held discussions to better understand the long-term impacts of COVID-19 with clinicians, academics and individuals who have long-term symptoms of the disease.</p><p>The National Health Service and the wider scientific community are currently working to better understand the disease course of COVID-19 infection, including the prevalence, severity and duration of symptoms, and how best to support recovery. The National Institute for Health Research and UK Research and Innovation have invested £8.4 million in the Post-HOSPitalisation COVID-19 study (PHOSP-COVID), led by the University of Leicester.</p><p>The research currently underway will continue to inform future NHS service design and provision.</p> more like this

That is why there is an exemption so that up to 30 people can attend a funeral.</p><p>Pre-funeral and post-funeral ceremonies may be held for up to 15 people in line with the guidance on <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/staying-alert-and-safe-social-distancing/staying-alert-and-safe-social-distancing" target="_blank">staying alert and safe (social distancing)</a>. star this property answer text <p>On 18 April, the Government announced a further £1.6 billion to be made available to provide essential services and support to those who need it most.</p><p>NHS England and NHS Improvement have been working with local government to modify and prioritise community health services. This has been compiled in line with clinical advice, with community health services prioritising service delivery so that the most urgent needs continue to be met. Health visiting services are continuing to deliver the healthy child programme predominantly via virtual methods, with health visitors encouraged to identify children that require a home visit.</p><p>Mental health services are working around the clock to support people with mental health issues through the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. Providers are seeking to maximise the use of digital and virtual channels to keep supporting existing and new service users.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Measures to limit the transmission of COVID-19 in hospitals should not lead to unnecessary separation of mother and babies.</p><p>The Department expects clinicians to provide care in keeping with clinical guidelines. Guidance on COVID-19 infection in pregnancy published by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the Royal College of Midwives states that women and their healthy babies should be kept together in the immediate postpartum period if they do not otherwise require maternal critical care or neonatal care. Women with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 should be supported to remain together with their baby and to practice skin-to-skin/kangaroo care, if the newborn does not require additional medical care.</p><p>Guidance produced by the British Association of Perinatal Medicine sets out that a mother and her newborn should have unrestricted contact when admission to a neonatal unit is unavoidable.</p> more like this
