	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/06/2015 answer text <p>In accordance with the Refugee Convention and our other international obligations, the UK carefully considers all asylum claims, so that no-one is returned to a country where they have a well-founded fear of persecution on account of their race, religion, nationality, membership of a social group or political opinion, or to a country where they would be at real risk of serious harm as a result, for example, of indiscriminate violence due to armed conflict. This change brings their rights into line with the existing rules for those studying at private colleges.</p><p>University students are not affected by this change and can work for 20 hours per week during term time and full-time during vacations.
