The Government of Bangladesh do not recognise Rohingya as refugees, making them more vulnerable and increasing their risk of exploitation.</p><p> </p><p>In Burma, the Rohingya people suffer from systematic discrimination and persecution, with freedom of movement and access to basic services restricted.
