We regularly discuss with Morocco the importance of full respect for human rights in Western Sahara, including in discussions at the UN Security Council, and during my visit to Rabat in March. However, we also welcome the facilitation by the government of Morocco of access to the Territory for United Nations special procedures mandate holders. I recently made a statement warmly welcoming the government of Morocco's announcement that the process to ratify the OPCAT will be completed imminently. These reforms will ensure that there is a focus on identifying the individual needs and aspirations of children and young people with the full involvement of their families. The Act requires joint planning and commissioning of services across education, health and social care, so that these needs can be et more effectively.</p><p>The National Autistic Society acknowledges that pathological demand avoidance is increasingly becoming recognised as part of the autism spectrum. The Department for Education continues to fund the Autism Education Trust to provide training to early years, school and further education staff on autism. ITA allows customers to say what they want to discuss when they telephone HMRC. For the majority of customers, this means their queries are answered by tailored informational messages, without the need to speak to an adviser.
