answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/07/2017 answer text <p>Improving social mobility is at the heart of the government’s ambition to make Britain a country that works for everyone.</p><p> </p><p>The government is investing in education and skills to ensure that every young person, whatever their background and wherever they live, has the opportunity to succeed and prosper.
