answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/03/2018 answer text <p>Applications under business appointment rules from former Ministers are considered by the independent Advisory Committee on Business Appointments.</p><p>Applications from Minstry of Housing, Communities and Local Government officials at Director General level are handled in line with the business appointment rules and are determined by the Prime Minister.
