The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government publishes estimates of adult social care expenditure as part of the local authority revenue expenditure and financing statistical series, but these are primarily presented as net current expenditure and in nominal terms only. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/07/2018 answer text <p>The Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) made £100 million of funding available to help English local authorities alleviate pressures on local services, as a result of migration into their areas. This funding was identified from MHCLG budgets at Autumn Statement 2015. It is only available to English local authorities. As you know, MHCLG has no remit to finance the devolved administrations, where funding for local government is devolved.</p><p>The Controlling Migration Fund has a second element, constituting £40 million worth of immigration enforcement activity from the Home Office. His response makes clear that whilst we are prepared to consider any proposals, until the Sheffield City Region devolution deal is fully implemented, the Government is not prepared to enter into any discussion about wider devolution arrangements in Yorkshire that would include some or all of the Sheffield City Region authorities. Mr Silva informed me that Abacus Land 4 Ltd is owned by pension fund holders. I affirmed the Government's position that leaseholders should not have to pay for the removal and replacement of unsafe aluminium composite material cladding in the Heysmoor Heights building.</p><p>We expect building owners in the private sector to explore all options to protect leaseholders from incurring the costs associated with replacing unsafe cladding. The Secretary of State recently held roundtables with leaseholders to understand their concerns and with industry to discuss the barriers to remediation and potential solutions.
