answer text <p>Central government funding and total funding for the Disabled Facilities Grant 2009-10 to 2016-7 are shown in Table 1. Current and future central government funding for 2017-18 to 2019-20 are in Table 2. Funding for the grant beyond 2020 is a matter for a future Spending Review. As the Rt Hon Member will notice, in no year since 2010 has central government funding been lower than the lever Labour left behind and last year it was considerably more than double that.</p><p> </p><table><tbody><tr><td colspan="2"><p> </p></td><td colspan="7"><p><strong>Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) Funding</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td colspan="2"><p> </p></td></tr><tr><td colspan="13"><p><strong>Table 1: Central Government and Total Funding for DFG 2009-10 to 2016-2017</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td><p><strong>Year</strong></p></td><td colspan="2"><p><strong>2009-10</strong></p></td><td colspan="2"><p><strong>2010-11</strong></p></td><td colspan="2"><p><strong>2011-12</strong></p></td><td><p><strong>2012-13</strong></p></td><td><p><strong>2013-14</strong></p></td><td><p><strong>2014-15</strong></p></td><td><p><strong>2015-16</strong></p></td><td><p><strong>2016-17</strong></p></td><td><p><strong>Total</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td><p>Central Funding</p></td><td colspan="2"><p>£157m</p></td><td colspan="2"><p>£169m</p></td><td colspan="2"><p>£200m</p></td><td><p>£220m</p></td><td><p>£200m</p></td><td><p>£185m</p></td><td><p>£220m</p></td><td><p>£394m</p></td><td><p><strong>£1,745m</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td><p>Total Funding</p></td><td colspan="2"><p>£296m</p></td><td colspan="2"><p>£306m</p></td><td colspan="2"><p>£298m</p></td><td><p>£280m</p></td><td><p>£288m</p></td><td><p>£269m</p></td><td><p>£275m</p></td><td><p>£394m</p></td><td><p><strong>£2,406m</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td><p> </p></td></tr><tr><td><p> </p></td></tr><tr><td colspan="13"><p><strong>Table 2: Current and future years central government funding for DFG 2017-18 to 2019-20</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td colspan="2"><p>Year</p></td><td colspan="2"><p>2017-18</p></td><td colspan="2"><p>2018-19</p></td><td><p>2019-20</p></td><td><p><strong> Total</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td colspan="2"><p>Central Funding</p></td><td colspan="2"><p>£473m*</p></td><td colspan="2"><p>£468m</p></td><td><p>£505m</p></td><td><p><strong>£1,446m</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td colspan="2"><p> </p></td><td colspan="8"><p><strong>* includes additional £42m for DFG announced at Autumn Budget 2017</strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table><p> </p>
