<p>A copy of the letter of 26 October 2015 from Lord Andrew Feldman to the then Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, the Rt Hon John Whittingdale, proposing that that the Holocaust Memorial be located in Victoria Tower Gardens has been placed in the Library of the House together with the Rt Hon John Whittingdale's reply.</p>
