<p>Decisions about 2021-22 funding, grants and council tax principles are part of the Spending Review. <br> <br> In line with the recommendations of the Hudson Review, we will aim to publish the provisional settlement on or around the 5 December, and the final settlement no later than 31 January. The final dates will depend on the timing of the Spending Review.</p>
