NHS England announced in the NHS Long Term Plan that it will invest in expanding National Health Service specialist clinics to help more people with serious gambling problems. This will build upon the two current clinics offering NHS treatment (a long-established clinic in London and newly launched Leeds clinic). Further details will be set out as part of a national implementation programme as mentioned in the Long Term Plan.
