answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2018 answer text <p>As stated in the answer to Question <a href="https://www.parliament.uk/business/publications/written-questions-answers-statements/written-question/Commons/2018-10-09/177314/" target="_blank">177314</a>, work is already underway to accelerate the roll-out of electronic prescribing and medicines administration systems across the National Health Service in England. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2018 answer text <p>The United Kingdom formally signed the Council of Europe Convention on Organ Trafficking on 25 March 2015 and has legislation in place to ensure consent is always provided to prevent organ trafficking. The Government also supports the 2008 Declaration of Istanbul on Organ Trafficking and Transplant Tourism, which encourages all countries to draw up legal and professional frameworks to govern organ donation and transplantation activities.</p><p> </p><p>When the UK signed the convention, it did so on the basis that it reserved the right not to apply the jurisdiction rules laid down in paragraph 1.d and e of Article 10 of the convention. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2018 answer text <p>The Government has not undertaken an assessment of the potential benefits of routinely collecting data about the parental responsibilities of anyone diagnosed with a mental health condition.</p><p> </p><p>However, the Government does recognise that parental mental health problems can have an impact on the wellbeing of children within the family and statutory guidance published in July 2018: ‘Working Together to Safeguard Children’ acknowledges that children may be at greater risk of harm or need additional help in families where adults have mental health problems. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2018 answer text <p>The Government has a strong track record of reducing the harm caused by tobacco, based on a comprehensive approach to tobacco control, including bans on smoking in public places, and on promotion and advertising of tobacco products; high duty rates; the provision of smoking cessation services; and social marketing campaigns. The Government will maintain this comprehensive approach. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/11/2018 answer text <p>The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence does not classify or regulate new treatments. Licensing of new medicines, including combinations of active substances, is undertaken by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) or the European Medicine Agency in consultation with the MHRA. The MHRA is the Government agency responsible for ensuring that medicines and medical devices work and are acceptably safe.</p><p> </p><p>Most combinations of active substances are so-called ‘fixed combinations’ – most commonly a tablet containing two or more different medicines. Fixed combination applications can be classified as:</p><p>- Products containing one or more new active substances;</p><p>- Products containing a combination of previously licenced substances; and</p><p>- Generic copies of the above.</p><p> </p><p>The legal basis for the regulation of combination medicinal products is given in European Union Directive 2001/83/EC as amended, and subsequently implemented into United Kingdom medicines legislation.
