Universal Credit statistics to October 2024 are due to be published on 12 November 2024, and for the other benefits to May 2024 on 28 November 2024. In February 2024 the Accredited Official Statistics for State Pension were suspended due to issues with processing data from the new Get Your State Pension (GYSP) system. The Accredited Official Statistics for State Pension will be reinstated in the <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/announcements/dwp-benefits-statistics-november-2024-delayed-release" target="_blank">release of statistics on 28 November 2024</a>.</p><p>Users can log in or access <a href="https://stat-xplore.dwp.gov.uk/" target="_blank">Stat-Xplore</a> as a guest and, if needed, can access <a href="https://stat-xplore.dwp.gov.uk/webapi/online-help/index.html" target="_blank">guidance</a> on how to extract the information required. We recognise that some parents may face difficult circumstances, particularly at a time of separation.</p><p> </p><p>The CMS is well prepared to respond quickly and effectively if it becomes aware that the safety of any of its customers are at risk, and caseworkers receive extensive training and follow a well-managed process with clear steps to support vulnerable clients.</p><p> </p><p>The CMS also has a toolkit for its caseworkers, which includes clear steps to follow in order to support customers and signpost to support organisations, where appropriate. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/11/2024 answer text <p>The Borehole Sites and Operations Regulations 1995 (BSOR) require operators to notify the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in advance if drilling is taking place in a defined mining area. These Regulations do not apply to drilling for the purposes of installing ground-source heat pumps (GSHPs).</p><p> </p><p>Drilling for the purposes of installing GSHPs is covered by the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 (HSWA), which places a fundamental general duty on employers to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare at work of their employees, and of other people who may be affected by the work activity.
