The Central Section Phase 3 is currently in its definition phase and its signalling system is yet to be confirmed. This approach is delivering for passengers, with the performance of both Govia Thameslink Railway and Northern having improved significantly in recent weeks, andcompensation schemes are now in place for all of the affected operators ensuring the disruption that passengers have experienced is financially recognised. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/09/2018 answer text <p>The Government is committed to making sure that the courts have sufficient powers to deal with driving offences appropriately and proportionately, and that offences and penalties continue to act as a deterrent.</p><p>On 16 October 2017, the Government published its response to a consultation on driving offences and penalties relating to causing death and serious injury. The response confirmed proposals to increase the maximum penalty for the offences of causing death by dangerous driving and causing death by careless driving whilst under the influence of drink or drugs, from 14 years to life and to create a new offence of causing serious injury by careless driving. We have also launched a Mental Health First Aid service run by trained volunteers for colleagues in immediate emotional distress.</p><p> </p><p>We recognise the importance of the line manager in mental health, and have a resource available for line managers to provide guidance on managing colleagues with mental health difficulties/issues. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/09/2018 answer text <p>In May this year, the Government amended the Air Navigation Order to restrict drones from flying above 400ft and within 1km of an airport boundary. These measures came into effect in July this year. The amendments also introduced the registration of all drone operators with drones of 250g and over, as well as competency tests for remote pilots of drones of 250g and over. These will come into effect in November 2019.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is currently consulting on measures to be included in a draft Drones Bill such as greater police powers against the misuse of drones and proposals for regulating and mandating the use of safety ‘apps’ and counter-drone technology. This data includes feedstock and country of origin at:</p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/biofuels-statistics" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/biofuels-statistics</a></p><p> </p><p>The latest full year’s verified data is in report 6 from obligation year 9 (2016/17). It shows that 1,541 million litres of renewable fuel was supplied, of which 49 per cent was bioethanol. This is a total of 758 million litres of bioethanol. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/09/2018 answer text <p>The Department has had regular discussions with Network Rail about its commercial estate.</p><p> </p><p>On 10 September, Network Rail announced that it had agreed a £1.46bn sale with Telereal Trillium and Blackstone Property Partners for the sale of its commercial estate portfolio.</p><p> </p><p>Tenants’ existing rights have been safeguarded in this sale and current agreements between Network Rail and tenants will be fully honoured.</p><p> </p><p>The new owner has also agreed to a tenant charter including amongst other commitments to engage in an open and honest manner with their tenants and the community, ongoing transparency regarding publication of data on mix of tenants and the provision of an engagement officer. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/09/2018 answer text <p>The Inclusive Transport Strategy, strategy published on 25 July 2018, included a commitment to extend our Access for All programme across rail Control Period 6 (2019 to 2024) with an additional £300m of funding from the public purse.</p><p> </p><p>We have asked the industry to nominate stations for the new funding by 16 November this year. Nominated stations will be selected based on their annual footfall, weighted by the incidence of disability in the area. We will take into account local factors such as proximity to a hospital or the availability of third party funding for the project.
