Once the business is sold, current leases will transfer to the new owner and all lease arrangements and protections will be unchanged. The tenants’ rent review terms will continue as per their original lease agreement. Decisions on both of these posts were announced on 25 June and have taken effect.</p><p> </p><p>Other changes to Network Rail’s Board are a matter for Network Rail in consultation with the Secretary of State.
