<p>Work to improve consistency of local authority enforcement, to tackle fraud and misuse of the Blue Badge Scheme and to improve awareness of eligibility, has now been incorporated into the scope of a wider, longer-term project to identify potential improvements to the Blue Badge Scheme as a whole.</p>
