answer text <p>We took immediate action at the outbreak of the pandemic to support the rail industry, investing billions in an emergency support package to keep services running for passengers and key workers. The pandemic has had a significant impact upon the rail sector, and we will be engaging with industry and stakeholders as we consider the long-term impact.
