The FA has introduced a club licensing system in the National League System covering the areas of legal; ownership and control; integrity; finance; and grounds and security of tenure. Based on the result of those checks it was satisfied as to his suitability to be associated with the licence. It recently reviewed the use of the term ‘fibre’ to describe part-fibre and full-fibre broadband and concluded in November 2017 that the term 'fibre' is unlikely to mislead consumers as currently used in the advertising of part-fibre broadband services. Permission for judicial review of this ASA's decision has been granted by the Administrative Court.</p><p> </p><p>On 23 May 2018, the ASA has also implemented a new guidance on broadband speeds advertisement stating that speed claims should now be based on the download speeds available to at least 50% of customers at peak time, and no more on 'up to' speeds available to at least 10% of customers. DCMS work closely with our arms length bodies to increase diversity in the cultural, arts and media sectors. Our Culture White Paper stated that publicly funded culture should reflect the diversity of our country and DCMS has asked Arts Council England, Historic England and the national museums and galleries to develop and share strategies for tackling the lack of diversity in leadership. The BBC must report to Ofcom annually on this matter, including on the diversity of all BBC staff employed in connection with the provision of BBC public services.</p><p> </p><p>Transparency is key and the government is clear that the BBC should be leading the way on both on- and off-screen diversity. The department provides regular support and encouragement to media organisations and to initiatives like Project Diamond which work in support of this goal. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/06/2018 answer text <p>This Parliament, the Office for Civil Society has already committed £2.7 million to the Connected Communities Innovation Fund, to support people and places across the country to thrive through the power of volunteering. We are increasing the number of people trained in Community Organising to 10,000 by 2020 and investing £4.5m in the Place Based Social Action Fund in partnership with Big Lottery Fund to support partnerships of local residents, civil society organisations, service providers and local authorities in 20 areas to come together to address local priorities through social action.
