In the Civil Society Strategy, the government announced that this funding would be directed to a new, independent organisation, with a remit to address this social issue. Tackling discrimination lies at the heart of the cross-government sport strategy &quot;Sporting Future&quot;. We want sport to be at the forefront of equality, and we work with national governing bodies of sport and organisations such as Kick It Out and Stonewall to tackle discrimination in local, national and international sport.</p><p>In relation to football specifically the Government is alive to a rise in the numbers of reported incidents of discrimination at all levels of the sport. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/02/2019 answer text <p>We have been clear that there is no place for nuisance calls in our society and we continue to work on practical solutions to this problem.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>In December 2018, we introduced new rules that enable company directors to be held personally liable for the nuisance calls their company makes. These rules apply to international marketing calls made on behalf of UK companies.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>We also secured over £600k in the Autumn Budget which we have used to provide vulnerable people with call blocking devices. Discussions with the EU on the UK’s continued relationship on cyber-related matters have been focused on achieving this and that is why the Political Declaration includes a commitment to promote security and stability in cyberspace through increased international cooperation. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/02/2019 answer text <p>Government is fully committed to the Civil Society Strategy: it is the beginning of an ambitious, evolving work programme to help build a strong society.</p><p>As part of this, DCMS is supporting Good Help as a strategic partner. This includes brokering relationships with other government departments, and supporting Nesta, Osca and the National Lottery Community Fund on developing their work on Good Help in statutory services as part of the Good Help Advisory Board. We are not providing funding, but are acting in a facilitating role.</p><p>In 2018 events were held across the UK with practitioners, funders and people who use services to agree what the Good Help programme should focus on.
