The NCSC have made the MailCheck implementation available for free on the open source hosting site GitHub, so anyone who is minded can implement it themselves. DCMS has not estimated total savings delivered to the public purse using Social Impact Bonds since 2010.</p><p> </p><p>Several Social Impact Bond programmes have been independently evaluated and some of these evaluations estimate savings. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/11/2018 answer text <p>DCMS works with the Libraries Taskforce and local and central government to promote good practice and innovation to sustain and improve library services provided by local authorities in England, including in Barnet. Library services in England can help transform lives, communities and society as a whole, including in relation to children by supporting them to develop and enjoy their reading; to learn and study; and to take part in events and activities. For instance, the annual Summer Reading Challenge, run by The Reading Agency, promotes reading for children at their local libraries and has resulted in many thousands of children aged 4 – 11 joining a library and accessing library services.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, DCMS provided £3.9 million to the Libraries: Opportunities for Everyone innovation fund to enable library services to trial innovative projects that would benefit disadvantaged people and places in England. The exact level of this growth remains highly uncertain, with predictions ranging from 6.4 billion to 75 billion devices on the global market by 2020. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2018 answer text <p>Details of the seven initiatives supported through the Cyber Skills Immediate Impact Fund (CSIIF) pilot are published on the CSIIF gov.uk page. Initiatives are based in London, Leeds, Bristol, Worcester, Salford and Essex. A number of these initiatives have a national reach, including online platforms that can be accessed by individuals across the UK.</p><p> </p><p>Approximately 170 individuals were either participating or had been identified to take part in the seven CSIIF pilot initiatives as of end of October 2018. Five of those initiatives have commenced in full and two continue to identify participants.
