However, in January 2018 the Department for Digital, Culture, Media &amp; Sport committed to use £55 million from new tranches of dormant asset funding on financial inclusion in England. This money will be put towards increasing the use of fair, affordable and appropriate financial products and services. It is the responsibility of local authorities to decide whether a local compact would be of value in their area and to ensure that it is complied with where they are put in place. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/09/2017 answer text <p>The department does not hold any information on stadium purchases in the UK or subsequent closures.</p><p> </p><p>Sport England has a role as a statutory consultee on any planning application for the redevelopment of a stadium where they contain a pitch, as this would fall under the definition of a playing field.
