<p>Maintaining a free, open and accessible media is a long-term priority for the UK and the Government will continue to work to constrain the effects of disinformation through all mediums. The Government itself is not directly responsible for overseeing the integrity of conduct of elections, and rightly not, but we continue to work with the Electoral Commission to strengthen and secure our democratic processes.</p>
