The 2018 London games were another great success, with average attendances of 85,000 demonstrating the strong appetite for American football in the UK. The report, which is attached, can be found here: https://www.ofcom.org.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0021/121683/diversity-in-TV-2018-report.PDF</p><p> </p><p>Now in its second year, the report makes clear that broadcasters still have much work to do to make their workforces more representative and reduce data gaps so a more accurate picture can be built. Evidence provided to the Strategy suggested that the requirements of the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 are often treated as an afterthought. Our engagement included focused workshops with a number of local authorities and their stakeholders, to explore opportunities of and barriers to social value in the procurement process. Its latest Connected Nations Report shows that, as of May 2018, there is 99.6% 4G indoor coverage from at least one Mobile Network Operator (MNO), and 69.7% from all four MNOs in the Lewes local authority area. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2018 answer text <p>Up until 2015, the exceptions to marginal cost pricing process formed part of the apparatus for managing Crown copyright by The National Archives; it did not form part of the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005. As such, it applied solely to a small proportion of Crown copyright material held by museums and galleries.</p><p> </p><p>The Information Commissioner became responsible for complaints regarding the re-use of public sector information, under the Re-Use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/11/2018 answer text <p>The Data Protection Act places an obligation on all organisations, including those that make mobile phone applications, to be clear about how they process individuals’ personal data and ensure that any consent obtained for its use is clear, unambiguous and purposeful. This information, along with individuals’ rights under the Data Protection Act, should be set out clearly in a privacy notice.</p><p> </p><p>The Information Commissioner regulates and enforces the Data Protection Act and has a number of tools available to ensure compliance with data protection rules which include criminal prosecution, non-criminal enforcement and audits.
