<p>Section 507B of the Education Act 1996 (as amended by the Education and Inspections Act <del class="ministerial">1996)</del> <ins class="ministerial">2006)</ins> requires local authorities to secure access to sufficient services and activities to improve young people’s well-being, so far as is reasonably practicable.</p>
