This is why the Government committed to safeguard the post office network and protect existing rural services. The overall number of post offices across the UK remains at its most stable in decades with over 11,500 branches thanks to significant Government investment of over £2 billion since 2010.</p><p>While the Government sets the strategic direction for the Post Office, it allows the company the commercial freedom to deliver this strategy as an independent business. The management of the Post Office network is an operational matter for Post Office Limited. I have therefore asked Alisdair Cameron, the Group interim Chief Executive of Post Office Limited, to write to the hon Member on this matter. The required test conditions for the boiler are described in BS 15502-1, sections 8.1.1 and 8.1.2, unless otherwise specified elsewhere in the standard for specific cases. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/07/2019 answer text <p>As stated in the Answer of 19 June 2019 to Question 266634, test conditions are specified in BS EN 15502-1 to ensure that the test results are repeatable and comparable. For example section 8.1.2.5 prescribes the requirement for tests to take place under thermal equilibrium conditions, with precautions taken to prevent thermostats or adjustable controls or an electronic temperature control system operating and affecting the gas rate, unless necessary for the specific test being conducted. The EU subsequently adopted the ‘Clean Energy for all Europeans’ legislative package implementing this Strategy.</p><p>Under this legislation, Member States are required to set out their domestic objectives, policies and measures covering the five dimensions of the EU’s Energy Union from 2021 to 2030 in National Energy and Climate Plans (NECP). The Government published the UK’s draft NECP in January 2019. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/07/2019 answer text <p>The Government considers that hydrogen technologies have the potential to make an important contribution to decarbonising heating.</p><p>The Department commissioned Frazer Nash to prepare the report ‘Appraisal of Domestic Hydrogen Appliances’, published in 2018, which discusses the feasibility and merits of hydrogen-ready appliances as well as the adaption of existing natural gas appliances and new designated hydrogen fuelled appliances.</p><p>The Department is also currently delivering the Hy4Heat innovation programme; an ongoing programme assessing the feasibility of hydrogen heating applications in buildings.
