answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/07/2017 answer text <p>Under the Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance Regulations 2017, a named company Director, or designated member in the case of LLPs, must approve the information being provided, taking responsibility for its accuracy. It is a criminal offence to knowingly or recklessly publish information that is false or misleading. The Government will investigate any challenges to the accuracy of the information provided, on a case by case basis. These implemented the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Department worked closely with OFCOM with regard to the characteristics of a basic rate number. We now expect Government support to bring forward around 13 GW by 2020.
