The UK strongly supports the conclusion of an ambitious agreement at these negotiations and is working hard with international partners to achieve that outcome, which will include a mechanism for establishing Marine Protected Areas in the high seas. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/03/2023 answer text <p>NHS England is responsible for commissioning primary care dentistry to meet the needs of the local population of all ages and those in care homes. Many of the dentistry commissioning functions undertaken by NHS England will transfer to integrated care boards (ICBs) from April 2023. ICBs will be responsible for meeting the needs of their local population by working with patient groups, including on communication needs. NHS England has made available to commissioners an Assurance Framework to provide assurances on commissioning.</p><p>Community dental services offer dental care to vulnerable patients who are referred by a general practitioner or social worker and cannot be treated in a general National Health Service dental practice. Treatments are provided in settings including hospitals, specialist health centres and mobile clinics, as well as through home visits or visits in nursing and care homes. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/02/2023 answer text <p>The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) continues to work alongside the national food industry, including the Federation of Wholesale Distributors, to make sure that supplier concerns are being factored into the development of the proposed agreement on Food and Drink.</p><p>SMEs are crucial to the food supply chain and have been consulted as part of national supplier engagement, and suppliers and distributors in the Battersea constituency were included in this. Feedback from this shaped the procurement strategy for the framework agreement.</p><p>This Conservative Government has made sure SME producers will have increased opportunities to work with the public sector through the agreement and customers will be able to request nominated local products .
