Guests included Ministers, parliamentarians, indigenous leaders and other key stakeholders.</p><p>The exchange of gifts and hospitality has long been an important part of building relations and diplomacy. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/02/2023 answer text <p>The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (Application outside Great Britain) Order 2013 applies to sites within the territorial sea and designated areas.</p><p> </p><p>The types of sites and installations covered by the 2013 Order in either the territorial sea or a designated area are: offshore installations; wells; pipelines; mines; those used for gas importation and storage; energy structures for the production of energy from water or wind; and underground coal gasification as defined in the Order.</p><p> </p><p>The Territorial Sea Act 1987 defines the territorial sea as “A belt of sea over which the UK exercises sovereign jurisdiction. It is adjacent to, and measured from, the UK coastline to a maximum width of 12 nautical miles”. It collected data on the building condition of government funded schools in England. It provides a robust evidence base to enable the Department to target capital funding for maintaining and rebuilding school buildings.</p><p>The key, high level findings of the CDC programme were published in May 2021 in the ‘Condition of School Buildings Survey: Key Findings’ report. Our funding is directed both to maintaining the condition of the school estate and rebuilding schools. The Department has allocated over £13 billion for improving the condition of schools since 2015, including £1.8 billion committed this financial year.</p><p>The ten year School Rebuilding Programme (SRP) is condition led. 400 of the 500 available places on the programme have been provisionally allocated. The new system of full dispersal accommodation allows the Home Office to move from using hotels to less expensive and more suitable dispersed accommodation.</p><p> </p><p>To support full dispersal, delivery plans have been developed in partnership with local government across all UK regions. Plans were designed to ensure a more equitable spread of dispersed accommodation across the UK.
