This is to ensure the Government delivers its legal commitment to reach net zero by 2050 in a way that is pro-business and pro-growth.</p><p> </p><p>The Government remains committed to improving the energy performance of homes and reducing Fuel Poverty. The Registrar of Companies can commence action to strike a company off the register where she has reason to believe a company is no longer in business or in operation.
