answer text <p>The UK stands shoulder to shoulder with Pakistan, as it faces the consequences of the recent devastating flooding. The UK was one of the first countries to announce funding (£1.5 million) to respond to the humanitarian need. We have now increased this to £16.5 million to support flood relief efforts. The UK contribution is also now over 10% of the joint UN and Government of Pakistan emergency appeal ($160 million). This flooding demonstrates how climate change is making extreme weather events both more intense and more frequent. The UK will continue to monitor the situation in Pakistan as the longer-term needs become clearer.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Each Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) is required to write an integrated care strategy by December 2022 that sets out how the assessed local needs can be met through the Integrated Care Board, partner local authorities or NHS England. This must include clear plans to reduce disparities in health access, experience and outcomes. The Department regional teams are working with ICPs to ensure that plans are comprehensive, ambitious and are driven by the evidence on local need.</p> more like this

answer text <p>As part of the process of agreeing the Asian Development Bank's 12th Replenishment of the Asia Development Fund (ADF13), the Bank agreed a number of policy commitments and results targets with the UK and other shareholders. We monitor progress on delivering these commitments closely through the Board of Directors and meetings of ADF donors. For example, between 2019 and 2021, the Bank has supported with the Bank has supported with concessional finance, 4.7 million people to benefit from improved health services, created 70,000 skilled jobs for women, supported 165,00 women and girls to completing secondary or tertiary education or other training, and reduced CO2 emissions by 127,000 tonnes annually. We are also closely tracking the Bank's commitment to use at least 35% of ADF13 resources to finance climate change mitigation and adaptation.</p> more like this

The <ins class="ministerial">National Partnership Agreement's</ins><del class="ministerial">Charter’s</del> workplan sets out how NHS England and HM Prison and Probation Service can continue improvements to health and social care outcomes for older people and those with serious illnesses, including palliative and end of life care. A revised workplan for 2022 to <ins class="ministerial">2025</ins><del class="ministerial">2023</del> is currently being developed.</p><p>NHS England is convening a joint working group with HM Prison and Probation Service to conduct a review of current progress in delivering the Dying Well in Custody Charter workplan. This group will also consider opportunities to develop networks and forums for sharing good practice. The Ministry of Justice will publish the Aging Prison Population Strategy in due course and how the Dying Well in Custody Charter will be embedded within prisons.</p>
