Of these, 88% said they were satisfied with the professionalism of the call handler, and 75% said they were satisfied with the overall service. During Quarter 3 (July to 20 September) 2022, 43% of users responded to the survey. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/09/2022 answer text <p>Dedicated officials in the East Midlands regularly discuss the opportunities free trade agreements (FTAs) present with Local Enterprise Partnerships, Business Representative Organisations, and local Chambers of Commerce.</p><p> </p><p>We also consult stakeholders through ‘town hall’ style briefings, roundtables, webinars and bilateral &amp; group engagements. UK exports to the EU totalled 274.8 billion in the 12 months to March 2022.</p><p>The department has supported over 11,000 UK businesses to trade with Europe through the Export Support Service and, through our independent trade policy, we have opened up opportunities for UK businesses across the world. Our Export Strategy sets out a 12-point plan to help businesses expand their export opportunities. Our <strong>‘</strong>Made in the UK, Sold to the World’ marketing campaign ensures UK companies are aware of the opportunities of our independent trade policy. Export Support Service – International Markets is a new offer focused on high potential small and medium-sized enterprises, providing advice and support on entering global markets, and referral to the private sector for specialist support.
