answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/03/2021 answer text <p>The Government is committed to safeguarding pension savings. <br></p><p />The Pension Schemes Act 2021, notably Section 125, will strengthen rules around pension transfers and<br />introduce new criminal offences for unscrupulous employers who mismanage schemes.
