It is a power we exercise personally, based on our legal assessment of the facts and merits of each case. It will continue to work with the Withdrawal Agreement Joint Committee and final decisions are expected in the coming days.</p><p> </p><p>The duty of the Law Officers is to ensure that the Government acts lawfully at all times.
