answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/09/2020 answer text <p>The Department of Health and Social Care has been working closely with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) to ensure that the development of test and trace systems, including customer, visitor and staff logs comply with data protection legislation.
