We are reviewing each case on an individual basis and continue to work with our providers to ensure the guidance is followed. HMRC releases this information monthly, as a National Statistic called the Overseas Trade in Goods Statistics.</p><p>There is aggregated trade data available for personal protective equipment (PPE) goods and for the periods requested on HMRC’s website, under ‘Build your own data tables’ at the following link:</p><p><a href="https://www.uktradeinfo.com/Pages/Home.aspx" target="_blank">uktradeinfo.com</a></p><p>The site also contains a ‘Help’ function with information on how to extract trade data.</p><p>HMRC also maintains a list of COVID-19 products, including PPE goods, and their commodity codes on GOV.UK. Passengers arriving at UK airports are provided with information on symptoms and the latest social distancing advice to bolster public health measures already in place.</p><p>We will continuously review the most appropriate response at the UK border to the changing situation in relation to CV-19, both in the UK and across the international community.</p><p>The same social distancing rules apply to new arrivals into the UK as apply to the population as a whole, as per the clear advice PHE have set out. Travelling time as with routine dental services will vary depending on the locality. NHS England and NHS Improvement are working urgently to ensure urgent dental services are in place for all who need them.</p><p>NHS dentistry was reorganised in late March along with other NHS primary care services to minimise face to face care to contain the spread of COVID-19 during the peak of the pandemic. Dentists were asked to suspend all routine treatment and instead to offer urgent advice and, where required, prescriptions for antibiotics by telephone. Urgent treatment was made available through urgent dental centres (UDCs) set up in each National Health Service region.</p><p>As of 25 May there are currently over 550 UDCs open across England. Patients are triaged into UDCs by their own dentistry or through NHS 111. The urgent dental centres are expected to provide, where urgently needed, the full range of dental treatment normally available on the NHS.</p><p>NHS England and NHS Improvement announced on 28 May that NHS dentistry outside urgent care centres will begin to restart from 8 June with the aim of increasing levels of service as fast as is compatible with maximising safety. The Coronavirus Act 2020 implemented a moratorium on the forfeiture of commercial leases for unpaid rent until 30 June 2020 (with the option to extend through secondary legislation).</p><p>MoJ has also worked with BEIS and MHCLG to restrict the use of commercial rent arrears recovery (CRAR) while the moratorium is in place, and on Thursday 23 April BEIS announced that they will be introducing further measures to protect businesses against aggressive debt recovery actions, including statutory demands and winding up petitions.</p><p>The Ministry of Justice has not made an assessment of the merits of suspending county court judgments to small businesses during the Covid-19 outbreak but we continue to keep the situation under review.</p><p>More generally, as a further measure to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. the Lord Chancellor and the Master of the Rolls have agreed a Practice Direction to allow parties to extend time limits in most civil cases by up to 56 days without formally notifying the court (rather than the current 28 days).</p> answering member constituency Croydon South answering member printed Chris Philp question first answered 05/05/2020 16:01:47 answering member 4503 label Biography information for Chris Philp
